Shipping policy

At Wevane, we aim to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. The information below explains our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what you can expect after placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): Estimated 7–10 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders $0.01–$49.99: $5.00
  • Orders $50.00 or more: Free Shipping

There are no additional handling or processing fees beyond the shipping charges shown at checkout.

Carriers & Order Tracking

We ship orders through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your Wevane customer account.

Please allow a short period after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Countries or regions outside the United States
  • International forwarding destinations

If we are unable to fulfill an order because of shipping restrictions, we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will keep you informed by email whenever possible.

If your package is lost or arrives seriously damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services at this time.
